Default quick replies help your bot to answer client’s most frequent questions and learn how to react to different moods and messages of your users.
Chatbrain recognizes similar questions that you can see in the left part. It works with AI and we name it Intents.
As you can see you can use more than one value for some of the items similar to Default Variables. Feel free to create as many synonyms as you can to provide more human behavior of the bot.
Please, check all the prepopulated data and modify it regarding your Company name, location, email, brand, etc.
Use Variables in Replies
As you can see, the existing replies contain already different Variables.
Some of those Variables you’ve already set up on the previous Wizard step
And you can use also many internal bot variables. You can see them on the right sidebar. It is enough to click on any variable there and it will be copied to the clipboard.
Don’t forget to save your changes with the “Continue” button
