1. Check if Instagram is connected to your Facebook page

2. Check if your Instagram has a business features
You can define it on the Facebook page settings

3. Check if your Instagram allowed messages
Please open the mobile version. It doesn’t work on the desktop.
Open Instagram Settings / Privacy / Messages / Allow access to messages.
It should be set on.

4. Check if your Instagram is connected to the Chatbrain
Please go to the Wizard via the Top menu.
On the first Wizard page you can check if Instagram is connected.

5. Sometimes Instagram detects suspicious activity
It is strange but the fact. You can meet such a situation. Especially if you use a VPN or use the same account from different IP addresses often.
You can verify your Instagram account, but probably it doesn’t help. So the option is to go to the Facebook Page setting, disconnect the Instagram page, and connect it again.
